Houzz launches wearable virtual technology device Pochin supports Leicestershire cricketers with bathroom revamp Magnet to open flagship Midlands showroom Roman unveils 'invisible' shower enclosure Rixonway Kitchens awarded Supplier of the Year

Houzz has unveiled HouzzLenz – its first wearable device – which it says allows users to instantly transform their home into any photo on Houzz.

The virtual reality technology works by simply finding a room on Houzz and tapping the HouzzLenz button on the photo. Once the HouzzLenz goggles are loaded, the user can put them on to experience the transformation.

Product manager Deepa Ramachandran said: “It’s truly a game-changing technology.”

But the company warns: “The look is so real that you may have to remind yourself not to sit on the virtual furniture!”
