Former KBSA CEO Graham Hayden has launched a new training course, which he says looks at the skills and techniques that can maximise profitable sales, increase referral business, and deal with customer complaints effectively.


The new course, Customer Delight, is three hours long, and can be delivered alongside product training modules to complete a training day.


Staff from Ashford Kitchens and Interiors said the course was “ideal” for their admin and support staff.


Hayden, who has delivered more than 90 industry training courses, trained his 2,000th delegate in March at ArtiCAD in Watford. Gary Burford, who attended the complimentary course on sales and customer care skills in aid of ArtiCAD's chosen charity, said: “I feel the course was really useful and presented to a high standard.”
